Who we are
IAH Cleaning & Facilities Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 14235355), 82 King Street, Manchester M2 4WQ. For anything about your information, email info@iahservices.com or call 07561 668108. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect and why
- Quote requests. Your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the service and area you choose, and any details you type. We use these to reply with a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work.
- Callback requests. Your name, phone number and a short description of the job, so we can call you back about it.
- Which advert you came from. Only if you allow advertising cookies: if you reached us from one of our adverts, the advert's campaign details and click reference are sent with your request, so we can tell which adverts lead to enquiries. Without your permission, your request is sent without them.
- The chat assistant. The chat on our homepage gives automatic answers from a fixed set of replies. What you type stays in your browser; it is not stored or sent to us or anyone else. To reach us, use the quote or callback form.
Our legal basis for using your enquiry details is that you asked us for a quote or a callback, which is a step towards a possible contract with you. For the optional advertising cookies, it is your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use these services to run our website and handle enquiries, and they process your details on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and its enquiry form.
- Supabase, where enquiries are stored.
- Our email service provider, which delivers enquiry emails to our team.
- Novuprox, the system we use to manage enquiries and see which adverts bring work in.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you allow advertising cookies. See below.
- Our telephone answering service, if you ask us to call you back.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months from when you send them, then delete them. If you become a customer, the details we need for the work, invoices and accounts are kept for as long as the law requires for business records. That is normally six years from the end of the financial year the records relate to.
Cookies
This website works without optional cookies. We ask before using any.
- Advertising cookies from Meta (optional). If you choose "Allow", the Meta Pixel loads. It tells Meta when someone who saw one of our adverts visits the site or sends an enquiry, so we can measure our adverts and Meta can show them to people more likely to need us. Meta also uses this information under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller for some purposes. If you choose "Reject", it does not load.
- Your cookie choice. We remember whether you chose Allow or Reject in your browser's local storage, so we do not ask on every visit.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email info@iahservices.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
